Reccer's comments: Oh, this is such a cosy, delightful image of Holmes in his dressing gown, cross-legged on the rug before his fireplace, facing away from us and reading through his beloved agony columns. I adore the little details -- the persian slipper next to him on the floor; the crazy-quilt remnants of red thread on the corkboard above the fireplace, probably left over from his last impromptu mural of evidence; the wreaths of smoke curling around his head; the scribbled notes on bits of paper; the empty teacups. There is something so charming about the rich color and sort of crooked cartoon style that sheeplocked specializes in, it's just perfect for something as ridiculous, beautiful, and domestic as Holmes.

I love this! It's so colorful and full of detail. I took a peek at some of their there stuff and I'm in love- just queued up some of it over on Tumblr.

Awesome! I really enjoy their other stuff, too -- that one from The Abominable Bride where MindPalace!Watson begins to seriously question Sherlock's fashion choices is so winning! Her visual style reminds me of Roald Dahl's books, somehow :)

Roald Dahl, YES! That's it! It was on the tip of my tongue (now I'm hearing MindPalace!Moriarty), but couldn't quite place the similarity. Now I love their art even more. :)
