On the one hand there's John, who can't keep reality and hallucinations apart anymore and Sherlock, burying himself in research to save him. On the other, Sherlock's batman and there's... a red elephant who shuffles his feet and gives John puppy-dog eyes. It's just so surreal and cute at the same time!flawedamythyst's writing makes it all believable though, and who cares about some scientific handwaving? I dare you not to love this fic :).
