We're still accepting reccers for January and for any later month. You can sign up here and General Information is here. Experienced and new reccers or members are all welcome. You only need to make four recs a month, for works created for any version of Sherlock Holmes, as fic, art, vids, podfic, or meta.

Give it a try, if you haven't before! It's fun, and it helps point readers to unexpected finds.

Also, we're still eager to read recs for any holiday fest gifts in Sherlock Holmes fandoms! If you've read, seen, or heard anything exciting, moving, tickling, tingling, or creating a warm glow, please share in comments here. Ho, Ho, [community profile] holmestice open recs post is also still waiting for more recs here.

I have a TON of catching up to do when it comes to holiday fics. But let me make a start by recommending this beautiful ACD fic from the Wadvent celebrations over at the watsons_woes comm. It offers a delicate breath of hope in the midst of the hiatus; a perfect Advent vignette made rich with both emotion and historical detail.
