I love how the artist's use of color and oil paint technique (the tags say this is digital/photoshop) give the art great depth and detail and perfectly capture the character. Sherlock's intensity comes shining through and I find it hard to look away.

That's a lovely piece! The color and brushstrokes remind me of the complexity of a character who at first glance might appear to be rather severe and lacking in human emotion.
