Reccer's comments: I find this fic both clever and really good fun. Basically, this is the story of how a number of small mysteries actually tie together into one larger mystery, and John has to be the one to solve it. I love to watch him rise to an occasion, and he does not disappoint here.
It's kind of tricky to combine a serious mystery with light-hearted romance, but this fic pulls everything together with wonderful cheek :)
