The premise of this story alone is hilarious, but what makes it truly remarkable is how in-character and realistic the author manages to make this. It also takes a very nice look at the effects Holmes' experiment has on poor Watson. Imagine living with someone who not only knows everything about you, but can now also spy on you every minute of the day without your knowing.
