New WIP Rules/ General Rules Post

We've updated our rules concerning WIPs a bit. If you do want to rec a 'Work In Progress' you can now do so IF the story in question has not been updated in over six months. You have to put up a clear warning about the WIP status though. (Series of connected fics do NOT count as a WIP.)
Hope everybody's ok with this.
There's now also a new general info post which hopefully combines all the rules, links, templates etc. in one place.

unovis_lj, who, unlike me, actually understands the inner workings of LJ, we now have links at the sidebar. :)
