Reccer's comments: This short animation manages to be both beautiful and heartwarming. Young Mycroft and Sherlock are waiting for the Tube. The little details in this really make the scene: Mycroft holding Sherlock’s hand, Sherlock’s rumpled appearance (notice his shirt-tail flapping in the breeze), and both boys’ interest in the proceedings (Sherlock probably calculating the rate at which the train is traveling, Mycroft observing his brother). If you like this artist’s work, raid her Tumbler archive for lots of other tasty tidbits, including Mystrade illustrations and lots of Potterlock (Harry Potter crossovers).

Those are fabulous! As are the rest of the artist's work. I'm afraid to go on tumblr at all because of series 3 spoilers even though that's where the good art's at so I appreciate you pointing this out a lot.
