The Trouble With Being Subtle by VictoryCandescence

Pairing: John/Sherlock
Length: 5,429 words
Rating: Not rated
Warnings: None
Verse: Sherlock
Author’s Summary: In which Sherlock experiments, John misinterprets, and everyone else stands back and waits for the light to turn on.
Reccer's comments: Confession: I have been reading a lot of Sherlock angst lately. And yes, admittedly, I am a willing partner. Personally, I think authors are enjoying their readers’ misery way too much. *grin* THIS story, however is its antidote wrapped in a charming and sweet courtship. VictoryCandescence keeps John and Sherlock believably in character with witty dialogue and humorous situations including a misinterpreted love note, poorly timed compliments, and a wonderfully confused John. In her (I assume) hands, all your angst and real-life woes will float away with what the author calls “the fluffiest fluff that ever fluffed.” I know mine did. (Please note: If you use the Reader tool when reading, the story stops before the ending so be sure to read without it.)
