Title: Sherlock - The Yearly Revolution
Music Title & Artist: Explosions in the Sky - Your Hand in Mine
Vidder: Serenity S
Pairing or Character: Can be seen as Gen, made for a Sherlock/John fic
Verse: Sherlock BBC
Link: Video announcement on her Tumblr
Reccer's Comments: The video starts off purposefully cool-colored and shows an unchanging and static Sherlock, whose life seems to pass by and he doesn't care about it. However, when the music explodes, the rather literal entrance of John into the video introduces warmth and action into Sherlock's life. The excellent timing of the video is one of its best aspects, where the flow of the music and scenes in the video tell a story to the audience. It was inspired by a lovely Sherlock/John fic, but it really can be seen as how their friendship makes both of their lives so much better. Utterly beautiful and definitely worth a watch.
