 Reccer's comments: This fic is an expansion of the final scene between Sherlock and Irene Adler in A Scandal in Belgravia, so obviously spoilers for that episode.   It also won’t make much sense if you haven’t seen it.  However, if you have seen it, it will make perfect sense, more so than the episode itself.  As far as my interior Sherlock universe goes, this is what actually happened.
