Reccer's comments: Oh, how I stalked this story when it originally posted on the kink meme. I’m normally ambivalent towards kid!fic, but this one grabbed me and would not let go. Imogen is wonderfully precocious, and the relationship between her and Sherlock is magnetic from the start. As the summary suggests, the story begins where Season One of Sherlock begins. But while it weaves the first season of Sherlock into the story, it does so in a refreshingly different retelling that enfolds both the reader and John Watson in the mystery of Sherlock, Imogen, and finally, of course, Moriarty.
