Reccer's comments: John runs a knitwear shop.  That's it, really.  AU.  You'd think it would be crack, but actually it works psychologically and the characters are true to the series.  And there's even a bit of plot, if you can call Mycroft's machinations a plot.  Sweet and tender and a bit out of the ordinary.
