This is a really funny and adorable look at Sherlock taking care of his friend in his own madcap and offbeat way, with some really interesting insights into both men's childhoods, along with some intriguing hints about Sherlock's relationship with Lestrade. It's also wittily written and heartwarming, definitely a good choice for a rainy day.
