While I'm usually not a fan of kidfic, I find myself immensely enjoying Nature and Nurture (http://archiveofourown.org/works/729134) by earlgreytea68.
The British government "accidentally" clones Sherlock, and Sherlock decides that he and John should raise the baby themselves. Perhaps I like this so much because the "kid" in this kidfic is Sherlock himself, and the similarities of the child Sherlock to the adult Sherlock manifest themselves very early indeed, at least to John's and Sherlock's eyes! I won't spoil it, but "baby's first word" in child!Sherlock's case is absolutely hysterical.
