Reccer's Comments: This is a silly, fun, fast-paced vid which takes a song with eccentric and speedy lyrics and matches them up with tons of great images from the first 2 series of Sherlock. Plus, the theme of the song -- two people who can't talk about serious feelings or make serious apologies, who are not wired entirely right ("I'm the kind of guy who laughs at a funeral," "I have a tendency to wear my mind on my sleeve"), but who ultimately can't do without each other and are getting a lot of fun out of life and out of being together -- really fits BBC Sherlock and John.

If you're like me and have trouble understanding all the song's words, you might want to look at the song lyrics before you watch the vid so you can appreciate all the clever matches. Personally, I especially like the image the vidder found for "watching X-Files with no lights on, we're dans la maison." Hee!

I also want to second what my fellow reccer dioscureantwins said: thanks everyone for making this comm such a fun, happy place in the fandom!

Sign ups are open for May, for the next few days.  I've been missing online for two weeks, with a hectic work schedule. I've greatly appreciated our dedicated reccers this month!

As always, anyone is welcome to rec for the month, though you must be a member of the comm to make posts. We ask that reccers make between four and twelve recs, and wait three months before posting again.
