Reccer's comments: This fic is fantastic. If I could just rec this author's work from now until forever I would, and I probably will. Sherlock and John are fantastically in character and I love her Sherlock.  He has absolutely no problem messing with John to get him exactly where he wants him.  In this fic John gets poison ivy because of Sherlock, finds a snake in the shower, and gets his bed set on fire.  That last one, well, it just works out fabulously. This is my first rec, so fingers crossed I didn't mess up anything.

This new level of intimacy brings with it a slew of suppressed feelings which become increasingly hard to ignore.

Reccer's comments: mistyzeo’s name should be known to any lover of ACD slash fic, so I may be preaching to the choir, but I recently came across this gem and enjoyed it far too much. It’s a long, enjoyable and exceptionally well written case-fic with a lovely Victorian flair, contains - as the summary suggests - a heavy amount of h/c, and also happens to be, should this information be of interest to anyone, steaming hot. I also loved the characterization - featuring a frustrated Holmes, a worried Watson, and a painful and awkward situation slowly developing into something entirely different. Definitely a wonderful read!
