Of all the post-Reichenbach fic out there, Stages of Grief stands out as particularly lovely. It's spare, sharp and beautifully characterized. Sherlock riding high on the rush of his own genius and then being pulled back down by John's own fall is so well done, and so spot on it's hard to imagine season three being anything other than this, right here.
