This is a friendly backstory for the convoluted marital life of D.I. Lestrade, and an infill for the Christmas Eve party. It's touching and funny, in parts where Lestrade faces his department's misunderstanding of his character and life. Give a look, if you want to read a Season 2 story that isn't about the Fall.
