Hi, I wanted to know if I still had to specifically add in the verse of a cameo that lasts less than 5 seconds on a vid? Or can I just mention that there're surprise characters from another verse?

Well, if it's not really important to the vid itself then you don't have to mention it. But if you think fans of the verse in question would appreciate finding it in the tags, then maybe you should add a one for it anyway. It's up to you :).
