Open Recs Post

Last weekend of the month!

You're welcome to leave recs in comments to this post. Any version of Sherlock Holmes is welcome, and any fan work as fic, art, vids, or podfic. Please feel free to recommend WIPs as well. We'd rather have individual recs than links to external rec lists, however. If you have any questions, please comment or PM one of the mods.

NOTE: We need reccers for October! Sorry I didn't notice we were short before now--I've been working day and night and then had to hop a plane. This is my first chance to post anything for days.

Please jump in and take a turn sharing your enthusiasm with us. We'd love to see new faces and different taste. To sign up, you only need to add your name to the comments here. You must be a member for us to open the comm to your posts, so please join when you volunteer if you haven't already. Thanks!

Fantastic recs, as always. I second 'as i let you rewrite gravity' - the absolute best Harry Potter crossover I've come across.

If you liked Rhyme, I also strongly recommend Parallel (http://archiveofourown.org/works/205389/chapters/305209) by [livejournal.com profile] brbsoulnomming (Sherlock/John and OC/OC F/F, rated M), which was written in response to the same prompt. The OCs are really engaging, and the developing relationship between Sherlock and John (complete with some agonising sexual tension) is very nicely done.
