Set several years before Season One. Sherlock in rehab. Partly epistolary. Emma is a graduate student in psychology and is striving to write something which realistically portrays the rehab process, from intake forms to transcripts of therapy sessions. This has a slow build (all to the good!), as Sherlock develops enough trust in his therapist to reveal and begin to reflect on his past. Excellent interaction between Sherlock and Dr. Riveras, also features occasional appearances/communications by Mycroft and Lestrade.
